About Us
Locally Owned. Built in Michiana.
Michiana Pressure is a locally owned and operated exterior cleaning company based in Elkhart, Indiana, serving homeowners throughout Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan.
Owner Dylan Kruis started Michiana Pressure in 2016 at just 21 years old. An Elkhart native and 2013 graduate of Elkhart Central High School, Dylan built the company from the ground up with a focus on quality work, dependable service, and taking care of customers.
Ten years later, Michiana Pressure has grown into an established exterior cleaning company that has served thousands of customers throughout the Michiana area.
Professional Exterior Cleaning
Over the past decade, we've continued to invest in professional equipment, proven cleaning methods, and an experienced team to provide better and safer results for our customers.
Today, Michiana Pressure provides a complete range of exterior cleaning services, including house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, concrete cleaning, window cleaning, deck and fence cleaning, and paver cleaning and sealing.
We understand that every surface and property is different. That's why we use the appropriate combination of soft washing, pressure washing, and specialty cleaning methods to effectively remove organic growth, dirt, staining, and buildup while protecting the surfaces we're cleaning.
Serving Northern Indiana & Southern Michigan
We're proud to call Elkhart home and serve communities throughout Elkhart County, Northern Indiana, and Southern Michigan, including Elkhart, Goshen, Bristol, Middlebury, Granger, Mishawaka, South Bend, Niles, Edwardsburg, Cassopolis, Union, and surrounding areas.
We also regularly work with homeowners throughout the Southern Michigan lake communities, providing professional exterior cleaning for lake homes and properties that require ongoing care due to moisture, shade, algae, and other environmental conditions.
Experience You Can Trust
After 10 years in business and thousands of customers served, our goal remains the same: provide great results, communicate clearly, show up when we say we will, and treat every customer's property with respect.
Dylan remains directly involved in Michiana Pressure and the quality of work we provide. We're grateful for the customers throughout Michiana who have trusted us with their homes over the years, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community for years to come.
